Job Description
Home Done is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth financial processes within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Assist with financial statements and tax filings.
- Ensure timely documentation of financial activities.
- Coordinate with departments for financial information.
Requirements: BS in Finance or Accounting, 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and good communication.
