Job Description

About the Role:

AA Printers is seeking a competent Help Desk Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs for suitable solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Troubleshoot product issues and suggest solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Male candidates only.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 2 years of Help Desk experience preferred.

Location: Rawalpindi, Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: Rs 55,00 – Rs 60,00 per month
