Job Description
Agrius IT is seeking a Global Help Desk Manager to lead a team of technicians across multiple time zones. Ensure seamless IT support and optimize service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee operations and ensure timely issue resolution.
✔ Manage the ticketing system and performance metrics.
✔ Collaborate with IT teams and supervise asset management.
✔ Provide coaching and training.
Location: Gulberg Greens
Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
