As a Field Support Officer (FSO), you will provide prompt assistance to our clients when they need support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client requests immediately after a ticket is generated.
• Delivering household items, groceries, and medicines.
• Visiting clients to resolve their issues efficiently.
• Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Salary: PKR 60,00/month

Requirements:

• Strong personality and communication skills.
• Calm, kind, and a good listener.
• Experience as a dispatch rider is required.
