Job Description
The Value Engineering is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with expertise in hiring engineers and experience in bulk hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives. You will lead the recruitment process, manage initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers.
Responsibilities: Lead recruitment for civil engineering roles, manage job fairs, develop strategic hiring plans, source candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain a talent pipeline.
Requirements: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
