Job Description
Skingen is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent (preferably female) with strong communication skills in Urdu and English for our Lahore office. The successful candidate will resolve customer queries and provide comprehensive product-related information. Familiarity with social media content management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently
– Maintain exceptional service levels
– Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
– Support the company’s core values in customer interactions
Requirements:
– 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field
– Proficient in cold calling
– Excellent communication skills in English
