Job Description
Company: Zarea is Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing digital marketplace for physical commodities. We are expanding into the Middle East market and seeking a Customer Success Manager in Lahore Cantt.
Responsibilities: Establish retention goals, promote product value, improve customer experience, supervise CSR team, manage client communications, and report progress to management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, 8-10 years in Customer Success, strong communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Salary: 150k to 200k PKR/month, plus company lunch.
