Job Description

We are seeking an OSS/BSS Lead to ensure seamless system integration, facilitating data exchange between OSS and BSS systems as well as with other internal and external systems. This role involves overseeing the implementation and deployment of OSS/BSS solutions, including configuration, testing, and comprehensive training for users.

The OSS/BSS Lead will provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for our systems. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network operations and customer service to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
