Job Description

Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries via chat and email, document interactions, and maintain high service levels.

Job Specifications:

• Intermediate or above proficiency
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Adaptable and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Shift Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM OR 6 PM to 3 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
