Job Description

We are excited to announce openings for both fresh graduates and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Private Limited. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls daily, focusing on qualifying and engaging with interested customers.

Compensation: Earnings are based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses related to working hours.

Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).

Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).

Desired Skills: Computer proficiency, active listening, multitasking abilities, and motivation to achieve targets.
