Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join Crossnotch Private Limited. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers.
Compensation: Earnings based on QA approved transfers and retention bonuses related to hours worked.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Proficiency in spoken and listening English, a laptop with Windows 10, high-quality headset, and a minimum of 15 Mbps internet connection.
Desired Skills: Strong computer skills, active listening, multitasking abilities, target-oriented motivation, and readiness to work night shifts.
