Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 7 – 9 years of experience to join our team at UST Global in Hyderabad. This role requires strong knowledge in Siebel CRM technology, including architecture, configurations, and integrations. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing software applications, customizing workflows, and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
Your key responsibilities will include creating technical design documents, performing unit testing, providing technical support, and maintaining existing applications. Ideal candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
