Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kiln operations and production of sanitary ceramics.
• Train and lead workshop employees while ensuring safety.
• Resolve kiln process defects and improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in production management.
• Knowledge of gas shuttle kiln operation preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus.
