Job Description

This is an office-based job (Silk Center, Rahmanabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi)

Job Description:

• Type: Desk Job – Data Entry
• Role: Quality Control Agent
• Evaluate recorded calls based on defined standards
• Data entry to generate reports of recordings
• Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• Resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad
• Able to work night shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
• Basic computer skills & good typing speed
• Experience with MS Office
• Fluent in reading, writing, and understanding English

Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs36,00 per month
