Job Description

Organization: Planlab Solutions

Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (9 hours)

Compensation: Market competitive salary based on relevant experience and interview

Qualifications:

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer type CRM
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or supervision
• Availability for night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage email queries, live chat, and calls with international clients
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Train subordinates on projects
• No sales, targets, or commission-based work

Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
