Job Description
Teach The World Foundation (TTWF) is seeking an Area People & Culture Associate in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will coordinate outreach activities, initiate selection processes for field associates, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, ensuring timely document submissions, processing payroll details, tracking attendance, and conducting exit interviews.
Additionally, the Associate will support Cluster Officers and Area Managers, facilitate training assessments, and conduct school visits to provide feedback. Mentorship of Cluster Officers is also a key responsibility.
Job Type: Full-time | Education Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree | Experience Preferred: 2 years
