Job Description
Glixen Technologies is seeking a motivated Product/Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an exceptional experience with our products. You will also act as a vital link between customers and our product development team.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat; develop product knowledge; maintain accurate records; communicate feedback; and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience; excellent communication skills.
