Job Description
On Call Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QuickBooks Pro Specialist with significant experience in managing and optimizing financial data through QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will excel in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Process payroll while ensuring tax compliance.
- Generate timely and accurate financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a QuickBooks Pro specialist.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and financial software.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
