Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking candidates for the position of “Call Center Executive” in Lahore. Required experience: 3 to 4 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow communication scripts.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions.
- Upsell products when possible.
- Maintain call records.
- Strong English communication skills required.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduation.
- Experience in USA/UK campaigns preferred.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs65,00.00/month
