Job Description
Join our team at Crossnotch Private Limited as an SB (Avatar) Agent! We are seeking both new and experienced candidates to manage 600-800 incoming calls, engaging and qualifying interested customers.
Compensation: Earn based on QA Approved Transfers and Retention Bonuses for hours worked.
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements: Good English skills, a functional laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and reliable internet (min 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Strong listening, multitasking capability, commitment to targets, motivation, and goal orientation.
