Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fresh Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently. You will follow communication scripts to ensure consistent messaging while identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing effective solutions.
Your ability to seize opportunities to upsell products and build sustainable relationships with customers will be key to your success. This is a full-time position that requires in-person attendance at our office.
