About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join The-Hiring. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in job postings, resume screening, onboarding, employee engagement activities, payroll processing, and drafting HR documents.
Requirements: BBA/MBA in HR, strong interest in HR operations, good communication skills, and team player.
Job Type: Full-time & Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs20,00.00 per month.
