Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and retain the existing client base.
- Educate customers about our products while deepening and cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve ongoing business and invoice queries/complaints.
- Maintain customer relationships and advocate for them.
- Collaborate with teams to meet customer needs and enhance revenue.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Minimum MBA or relevant degree from an HEC recognized university.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
