Job Description
ewdtech is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide exceptional customer support, resolve issues, and maintain product knowledge. You will communicate with customers through various channels and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, and customer service experience. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus. A problem-solving mindset is essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs25,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month, requiring in-person attendance.
