- Ensure smooth plant operation under the parameters set by engineers.
- Maintain quality production standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for required maintenance.
- Prevent wastage and leakage of products/raw materials.
- Aim to achieve maximum possible yield.
- Ensure cleanliness around the plant.
- Implement changes to parameters as directed by engineers.
- Safeguard equipment operation and personal safety.
- Control emissions in coordination with plant/project engineers.
