Job Description

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will act as an ambassador for White’s Castle, ensuring guest satisfaction with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, seating them promptly, and engaging in friendly conversation. You will provide clean menus, inform them of promotions, and assist with orders, especially for those in a rush. Additionally, you’ll facilitate birthday and party bookings and assist shift managers with events.
