Job Description
Join IHCL as a Learning and Development Manager! In this role, you will drive the Taj Swagat orientation process and ensure all associates complete mandatory online modules. You will be responsible for the skill certification process for frontline associates, identify their training needs, and prepare the training calendar.
Your duties include overseeing grooming and hygiene levels, liaising with educational institutions for recruitment and training, and preparing audits and analyses. You will assist the Learning & Development Manager in creating training schedules, verify trainee attendance, and facilitate grievance resolution.
