Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive at IBSTEC. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience generating business through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, excelling in bidding, proposal writing, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target potential clients on freelancing platforms.
• Generate leads via bidding and cold calling.
• Negotiate project terms and close deals.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with IT services and digital marketing is preferred.
