Job Description
OS Digital Marketing is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Telemarketing Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer customer queries, and conduct cold calling to generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up.
Requirements: Experience in customer support or sales is a plus. Strong verbal communication in English and basic computer skills are essential.
