Job Description

We are TecNex Solutions, seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our ACA Healthcare campaign. This full-time position requires candidates to work the night shift from 07:30 PM to 05:30 AM.

Responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, effectively communicating ACA-related information, identifying leads, and maintaining accurate records. Strong English communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset are essential.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus performance-based bonuses, and a supportive work environment.

This position is office-based at Rani Arcade, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
