Job Description
Splash Business Intelligence is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include extracting customer data from ERP systems, understanding our product’s data model, ensuring data transformation and validation, running HR and Payroll reports, troubleshooting ETL issues, and analyzing reports as per functional requirements.
Key qualifications: strong SQL skills, experience in HR & Payroll domains, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar payroll modules. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.
