Job Description
The Lloyds Technology Centre is seeking a Workplace Transformation Manager to lead a team of analysts in supporting the Places team with governance and delivery management processes. You will collaborate with project teams and external suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of Strategic Programmes, monitoring standards and adoption.
Key responsibilities include building a high-performance team, embedding PMO methodologies, ensuring compliance with governance standards, driving continuous improvement, producing and visualizing data insights, and owning consolidated programme plans. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project is preferred; experience with JIRA/JIRA Align is a plus.
