Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging potential customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timings: Night Shift – 7:30pm-5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements: Good English communication skills; Laptop with Windows 10; Quality headset; Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
Desired Skills: Proficient in computers; Strong listening and multitasking abilities; Target-driven; Motivated to earn.
Salary: Weekly commission + retention bonuses. Pay ranges from Rs5,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
