Job Description
Join Suhail Industrial Holding Group as a Pouring and Ladle Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Pouring and controlling the flow of molten metal into molds to produce ingots and other castings.
- Transporting finished metal to the pouring area using cranes.
- Adding metal to molds to adjust for shrinkage.
- Collecting metal samples for analysis.
- Ensuring molds are clean and properly coated.
- Reading temperature gauges to meet specifications.
- Performing ladle maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Adhering to safety and housekeeping procedures while pouring.
