Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Payactiv SDS-IT Islamabad as an Activation Specialist! In this pivotal role, you will coordinate client appointments, guide them through activation processes, and manage multiple inquiries with precision.
Key responsibilities include escalating unresolved issues, maintaining client records in our CRM, and ensuring data security compliance. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication skills. Proficiency in MAC, Windows, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with CRM platforms are advantageous.
