Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Microsoft EDR/XDR Deployment and Support Specialist to join ITCS (IT Consulting & Services). The ideal candidate will excel in deploying and supporting Microsoft’s Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solutions at our customer’s premises.
Key Responsibilities: Deploy and maintain Microsoft’s EDR/XDR solutions, monitor security events, troubleshoot issues, conduct assessments, and provide training. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience with Microsoft’s security technologies, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and relevant certifications are preferred.
