Job Description
We are currently looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging with interested customers. Once their needs are identified, you will direct them to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timing: Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (includes breaks)
Pay: Rs 12,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
