Job Description
Are you ready to take on a rewarding role in customer service? Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging with interested customers, identifying their needs and forwarding calls to the appropriate agents.
Requirements: Strong English speaking/listening skills, a laptop with Windows 10, a good quality headset, and a reliable internet connection (min. 15 Mbps).
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
