Job Description
Decimal Solutions is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions, administrative tasks, and basic accounting operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities include handling the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, assisting in payroll processing, managing office administration and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies, and performing general administrative duties.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 1-3 years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting principles; excellent communication and organizational skills.
