Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead – Service Engineers to join our dynamic team at Engineering Services. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in FMCG industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to support a team of service engineers, ensuring efficient machine operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks:
- Supervise and lead a team of service engineers.
- Manage the installation and troubleshooting of FMCG machinery.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Provide technical guidance for fault diagnosis.
- Train and mentor service engineers.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 7-10 years of experience in field service engineering.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG industrial machines.
