Job Description
We are excited to invite both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. As an SB Agent, you will manage customer inquiries, address issues, and deliver outstanding support. Your role also involves gathering customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking and listening skills
- Functional laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum version 10)
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Details:
- Full-time shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Salary: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
