Job Description

We are excited to announce that Abacus Consulting is hiring a Customer Support Executive. This is an onsite position with flexible timings, offering morning, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Fresher applicants are encouraged to apply; experience in international customer support is a plus.
