Job Description

We are excited to announce a job opening for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional general support. You will also collect customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop with the latest Windows version (must be Windows 10)
• High-quality headset
• Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)

Shift Details:

• Full-time night shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)

Pay: Rs 17,500.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
