Medtaskly, a leading healthcare BPO specializing in medical billing, is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for internal users.
- Install and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and respond to support requests.
- Perform system updates and preventive maintenance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred, with 2+ years in IT support. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
