Job Description
Grand City is seeking dedicated Call Centre Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
Your key responsibilities include providing detailed information about products, resolving complaints in a positive manner, and updating customer information accurately. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and basic computer proficiency.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00. Work will be conducted in person at our office.
