Job Description
Summary of the Position:
Stormfiber is seeking a Revenue Assurance Executive to provide organizational support across various stages and aspects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve billing and service-related issues to retain customers.
- Build trust by actively seeking customer feedback.
- Ensure timely monthly payments.
- Follow up on pending customer queries and payments.
- Maintain customer status records.
Requirements:
- B. Com/BBA in Finance (Minimum).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in account receivable/collection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
