Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Order Processing Specialist for our AMAZON Account. This role involves managing incoming orders, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review orders from the AMAZON platform.
- Ensure accurate product selection and shipping information.
- Communicate order updates and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate order records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in order processing or customer service preferred.
