Job Description
Join VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD as a Customer Support Representative. In this full-time position, you will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for US-based clients. Your responsibilities include processing orders, documenting interactions, and addressing complaints.
Requirements: Minimum 1-year experience in packaging; technical support experience is a plus.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
