Job Description

Grand City Developing is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team while driving sales initiatives and maintaining exceptional service standards. Key responsibilities include resolving complex customer inquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team, and ensuring efficient department operations.
