Job Description

Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)

Northstar is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to enhance client satisfaction in the USA market. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries and complaints, and developing strategies for retention and loyalty.
